FARSI1 is the first international free-to-air Farsi language general entertainment channel. It offers a diverse slate of programming from around the world including 24, Second Chance, Story of a Mermaid, Prison Break, How I met your Mother, Dharma & Greg and Vecinos. FARSI1 prides itself on being a high quality channel. All programs are dubbed in Farsi so the whole family can sit back, relax and enjoy the shows.
FARSI1 has a dedicated team of professionals who screen and edit material which may be deemed inappropriate, insensitive or offensive to viewers.
FARSI1 is also one of the few Farsi channels that recognises special events and days of significance which may be important to viewers. This includes rememberence days for great Farsi poets and the festival of Norooz. It also respects religious days of mourning and other important religious events such as Ramadan.
